Shipping Policy

If payment is made by a credit card, the order is processed immediately and shipped within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders that are paid by money order or cashiers check are shipped 7-10 business days after receipt of payment. Orders that are paid by personal check are shipped 17-19 business days after receipt of payment to allow time for the check to clear.

Destinations Within the Continental  United States/Canada
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) and receipt can be expected generally within 3 to 5 days. Please allow extra time for some rural areas and Canada.

Express Delivery; Destinations Within the Continental United States/Canada
All orders requested to be shipped by Express Delivery will be sent via United Parcel Service Next-Day Air delivery and can be expected within 1 business day. Customers will be contacted with the shipping charge amount before order is charged. Orders received on Fridays after 3:00 p.m., Saturdays, or Sundays, will be processed on the next business day according to the shipping schedule listed above.

International Delivery
All orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service. Customers will be contacted with the shipping charge amount before order is charged. Customers have a choice of Air Delivery (with receipt generally within 7-10 days) or Ground Delivery (with receipt generally 4-7 weeks).

Shipping & Handling

Rates are for continental U.S. only. Deliveries to Alaska & Hawaii will be shipped via air for an additional cost.

Return Policy

All merchandise is guaranteed for workmanship and customer satisfaction with a 30 day exchange policy. Please return item(s) in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt of the item(s). YOU MUST USE THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE OR UNITED PARCEL SERVICE. Once the returned item(s) are received, The Candle and Gift Factory Outlet, Inc. will forward the exchanged item(s) immediately. Shipping and handling are non-refundable unless we erred or the merchandise shipped was defective. When ordering by phone a customer service representative will confirm your order with you to avoid possible incorrect information.
