Please check your order immediately upon receipt. All claims must be reported to support@CandleOutlet.com within 10 calendar days upon receipt of goods. (Example: wrong item, wrong color, melting damage) To submit a claim, attach a digital image to your email, depicting the problem at hand. If unable to provide a photograph, you may ship us an 'in hands' sample of the product. All claims are processed by email. If you do not have an email you must contact CandleOutlet.com within the same 10 days for replacement or adjustment.
Upon confirmation of the problem, we will promptly reproduce the affected portion of the order and ship it to you via Fed-Ex Ground. Note that if the quantity to be replaced is LESS than 10% of the entire order, we reserve the right to process an instant credit for that amount rather than redoing that portion.
* Damage from shipping (crushed box or damage from external source MUST be reported to Fed-Ex at the time of delivery. This kind of damage is not warranted by CandleOutlet.com and must be reported to Fed-Ex for claim between you and Fed-Ex.
